Kingdom on the 28th, of July. The Statutory List here is amended

as the various amendments published in the London Gazette reach

Hongkong. The last business letter from the Factory to Mr.

Ingenohl was sent on the 13th. of September. The last private

letter from Mr. Sieling-the Manager- was sent on the 15th. of August. M.O

3.50064 The letter, copy of which accompanied Mr. Bonar Law's Confidential despatch of the 1st. of November last, from

Mr. Ingenohl to Messrs. Schneider & Co. Ltd. reintes to an annual

order for amine which used to be sent through Mr. Ingenohl. When

the latter was placed on the Statutory List here the Orient Tobacco

lianufactory wrote to Messrs. Schneider & Co. ordering the amino

and telling them that they should draw on the Orient Manufactory

direct ss Mr. Ingenohl was now on the Statutory List. Later on

the Eanufactory received a letter from Mr. Ingenohl stating that

he had ordered the amiac as usual.
